Questions of communication and marketing in construction company

The goal of the diploma thesis is to find a solution to increase sales in a selected construction company specialized in production of construction systém for wooden houses. I analysed in detail the company for realizing the targets. I applied questionnaire surveys for collecting information. The resets of my effort are conclusions and suggestions then could help the company to increase its sales. The Promotional video in attachment is very important for sales support in the company.

Marketing Mix of a Building Company

My bachelor thesis is focused on marketing mix of a building company. In the first part I deal with the theory of marketing mix as such, in the second part, I analyze the current marketing of the company Inter-Stav, spol. s r. o. In the final part is shown how we can arrange the marketing mix for a new product of the firm, which is hostel-type accommodation service.

This diploma's thesis deals with a proposal of a business plan focused on the creating of a construction company, whose core business will be crafting and assembling of the wooden rafters. The first part is focused on a theory and structure of a business plan, the second part is focused on an analysis of a current situation. An output of these parts is the proposal of a business plan.

Financing and management of construction investment from the aspect of a contractor

The thesis focuses on the analysis of a construction contract and the proposal of possible changes in the management. It includes a description of the construction contract and its breakdown, characterizes the pricing of construction works, the development of prices in the construction industry and sources of financing. In the practical part, a specific construction company is characterised and the contract it has carried out is described. The analysis describes the financing of the contract and compares material prices in the Czech Republic and Poland. From the findings, the management of the construction contract is evaluated, and an alternative material supply is proposed.

Business Plan - Extension of the Construction Company

The thesis is written in order to composition of business plan for creation of new consultant centre of construction company NOSTA s. r. o. For elaboration were used special methods which properly analyses actual statement and also point out new possibilities for improvement of efficiency of the company. Project part describes the new product and the procedure of its placing on the market. Economic effectiveness is evaluated too.

Some specifics of communication in the construction company

The objective of the bachelor´s thesis, whose title is ‘SOME SPECIFICS OF COMMUNICATION IN THE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, was to do research in construction companies and find out how much the companies utilize available resources for their promotion, that is how the companies present themselves in public. The work is also focused on the companies’ ways of communication not only with the customers but also with their own employees. To refute or confirm my hypothesis, I conducted a questionnaire survey and exploration in 5 different sized construction companies. The result of the work is the conclusion that the construction companies do not use enough all ways possible to communicate with others, as well as internal communication is not a matter of the greatest importance for the companies. Currently, this condition is still sufficient. Nevertheless, the companies should be interested in promotion if they want to succeed in still growing competition.
